The Luzerne County Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 09, 2021, at 5:50PM, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed Ordinance Amending the Capital Plan Budget for Luzerne County. The Public Hearing will be held as both in-person and virtual. The public may physically attend the meeting.
