    The Luzerne County Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at 6:01PM, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed Ordinance Entering into an Intergovernmental Agreement with Butler Township for the Repair and Dedication of Road in Accordance with the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Law, Act 177 of 1996, previously adopted as Act 180 of 1972. The Public Hearing will be via video/teleconference capabilities in order to permit virtual attendance of Council Members and members of the public. Members of the public will not be permitted to attend the Public Hearing in-person. Those wishing to view the Public Hearing and/or participate are directed to visit the Public Meetings Online page of the County’s Website at https://www.luzernecounty.org/1279/Public-Meetings-Online for more information on how to view and participate in the Public Hearing via technology.
