NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Council of the County of Luzerne, Pennsylvania, will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at 5:45PM at the Pittston Memorial Library, 47 Broad Street, Pittston, PA 18640, for the purpose of Entering into an Intergovernmental Agreement with Butler Township for the Repair and Dedication of Roads in Accordance with the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Law, Act 177 of 1996, previously adopted as Act 180 of 1972.
A copy of the full proposed text of the ordinance may be examined by any citizen in the office of Sharon Lawrence, Clerk of County Council, Luzerne County Courthouse, County Council Office, 200 North River Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, on business days between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and can be found at www.luzernecounty.org.
