On April 24th Luzerne County Council recognized 3 employees for 40 years of public service.  Recipients Jonathan Blum, Esq., James M. Davis, and John Leighton received proclamations from Luzerne County Council, State Senator John T. Yudichak  and Governor Tom Wolf.
