The Luzerne County Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 5:40 PM, in the Council Meeting Room of the Luzerne County Courthouse, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed Ordinance Placing a Question on the November 7, 2023 General Election Ballot to Amend Article Viii Section 8:04 of the Luzerne County Home Rule Charter. The Public Hearing will be held as a both in-person and virtual meeting. The public may physically attend the public hearing. Those wishing to view the Public Hearing and/or participate are directed to visit the Public Meetings Online page of the County’s Website at https://www.luzernecounty.org/1279/Public-Meetings-Online for more information on how to view and participate in the Public Hearing via technology.
