The Luzerne County Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at 5:50 PM, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed Ordinance Authorizing a budget transfer from line item 125.20.4176.599.82 (American Rescue Plan Act) to Local Transit Matches 100.96.4810.590.32 and the matching funds to the County Reserve Fund 100.99.9490.445.10. The Public Hearing will be held as both in-person and virtual. The public may physically attend the meeting.
