The Luzerne County Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 09, 2021, at 5:50PM, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed Ordinance Amending the Capital Plan Budget for Luzerne County. The Public Hearing will be held as both in-person and virtual. The public may physically attend the meeting. Those wishing to view the meeting and/or participate virtually are directed to visit the Public Meetings Online page of the County’s Website at: https://www.luzernecounty.org/1279/Public-Meetings-Online for more information on how to view and participate in the meeting via technology. A copy of the full proposed text of the ordinance may be examined by any citizen in the office of Sharon Lawrence, Clerk of County Council, Luzerne County Courthouse, County Council Office, 200 North River Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, on business days between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and can be found at www.luzernecounty.org
