The Luzerne County Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 5:45 PM, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposed Ordinance placing a Question on the May 18, 2021 Primary Ballot to Amend Article VI Section 6:04 A of the Luzerne County Home Rule Charter. The Public Hearing will be via video/teleconference capabilities in order to permit virtual attendance of Council Members and members of the public. Members of the public will not be permitted to attend the Public Hearing in-person.
