The office accepts all documents for eRecording except Notary Public Commissions/Bonds and subdivision maps. Documents can be submitted 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Acceptance and recording of submitted documents is only during normal working hours. Please check the fee schedule for current recording fees.  There is a $5.00 rejection fee for any documents submitted that must be returned to the sender for insufficient information. eRecording requires setting an account with one of the eRecording vendors currently working with the County.
