The Information Technology Department oversees the administration and maintenance of the computer infrastructure, maintenance of computer stations and software and additional IT support as needed. IT personnel oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving and disaster recovery. They oversee the administration of CAPs and CWIS and implement network security to meet all security requirements, to ensure strict confidentiality of agency records. The department manages and develops upgrades to the agency’s telephone system and oversees all telephone changes. The IT department also is responsible for registering all staff in the timekeeping systems.
