Our office maintains a lost and found system, based upon the dog license number, and the year issued. If you find a dog with a Luzerne County dog license, we can trace the owner through our computer system. We are available to take calls during our office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

For evenings and weekends, please call the non-emergency number of the nearest local police department. They can get the information for you.

Please have the license number and the year issued ready when you call.
