Vito DeLuca is an attorney licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New York. He graduated King’s College in 1990 with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Economics and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is currently completing an MBA at the Cornell S.C. Johnson School of Business.
In his twenty-five years of legal practice he has served as law clerk to three Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas Judges, represented countless individuals, corporations, and municipal governments in thousands of matters, and tried well over fifty civil and criminal cases before juries in state and federal courts.
Attorney DeLuca had previously served as Chief Solicitor for Luzerne County from 2008-2013 and Assistant Solicitor since 2013.
