Compliments

Any Compliments concerning Luzerne County 911 personnel can be sent directly to the Luzerne County 911 facility. Please mark all correspondence to the attention of the 911 Director.

Complaints

Luzerne County 911 will thoroughly evaluate all reports of employee misconduct. Anyone who files a complaint will be treated with fairness and respect.

Complaints can be filed in writing at the Luzerne County 911 facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Letters must be originals (no copies) and must contain an original signature.

Forms

Complaint forms are available at the Luzerne County 911 facility and online (PDF). When completing the Departmental Complaint Form, be sure to include all available information. Submit the original, with an original signature to our address. Copies will not be accepted. It is suggested a copy be made for your own records.

Misconduct

Any complaint of employee misconduct, including sexual harassment and sexual misconduct, may be reported directly to the 911 Director or to the Luzerne County Manager.
