The Luzerne County Election Bureau along with Election Systems and Software will begin Logic and Accuracy (L&A) testing on electronic poll books on Monday, January 23, 2023 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at 20 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 207, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701. The testing is open to the public. Building entrance via front of the building.
