The cost for sending you a property record card is $4.00 for residential and $6.00 for a commercial record card. You can come to our office in person between 9am & 4pm to get the same for $1.00/page.

Send a check made payable to the County of Luzerne in the amount necessary along with the parcel ID(s) of the card(s) you want and we'll get them out to you as   soon as your check is received.  If it's an urgent request, you may fax or e-mail us a copy of your check before mailing it that day.  LCASSESSMENT@LUZERNECOUNTY.ORG
