Electronic Monitoring

As an alternative to incarceration, the Court may place individuals under supervision on house arrest with electronic monitoring (EM). Since May 2021, the Luzerne County EM Program is administered by CDIBTM - EM Division. Electronic monitoring is funded entirely by the individual ordered to the program. Please note that this office maintains the same hours and closings as Probation Services, and is closed all federal and court holidays.
