Our office acts as an issuing agent for the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission (PFBC). We have copies of all PFBC forms in our office.
Boat Registration renewals are handled directly by the PFBC. Our office cannot process them.
We do process boat registrations needed as a result of transfer of ownership. The new owner must complete and sign form REV-336, Application for Pennsylvania Boat Registration and/or Boat Title. A properly executed bill of sale is also required if the previous owner is unable to sign the REV-336. We can only accept checks or money orders made payable to the PFBC.
We can also process registrations for boats that were never previously registered in Pennsylvania.

We also sell PFBC Use Permits (also called Launch Permits). The Use Permit is designed for those non-powered boat owners who choose not to register their boat to use Commission lakes and access areas. Use permits are issued in the form of decals displayed on each side of the boat for which the permit is issued. The decals are not transferable to any other boat. The fee is $11 for a one (1) year permit, which expires on December 31 of the year for which it is issued. Two year permits ($19) are also available. These permits may be purchased with cash, check or money order.
