     The F.E.A.R. Division was established to affect the recovery of wanted fugitives that have fled Luzerne County. Everyday these wanted fugitives are tracked and apprehended throughout the country. This Division is responsible for traveling to wherever the fugitive is located and extraditing them back to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility to face the court system.

     By utilizing our own resources, Sheriff Savokinas is no longer using private contractors to do this recovery, saving the taxpayers of Luzerne County an average of 66%.
