Commission Chairman Gregory A. Skrepenak Thanks Older Residents at Riverview Ridge Assisted Living Center for Their Many Contributions to Luzerne County

(Wilkes-Barre) - Luzerne County Commission Chairman Gregory A. Skrepenak visited with residents of the Riverview Ridge Assisted Living Center to proclaim the week of September 10th, 2007, as "Assisted Living Week in Luzerne County."  The theme of this years's national "Assisted Living Week" was "Legacies of Love", which highlighted the fact that each assisted living resident has a unique story to tell, a proud heritage to celebrate, and knowledge to be shared, providing all of us with the opportunity to rediscover our ancestral lineage, and celebrate special customs and traditions which have been forgotten through the generations.
