The Lackawanna/Luzerne MPO will undergo the triennial federal certification review on April 1 and 2, 2008. The purpose of the review is to discuss the transportation planning process within the MPO and verify that all federal regulations are being carried out.

There will be a time slot at which public officials can meet with representatives from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to discuss the MPO's transportation planning process.

There will also be a time slot for members of the public to meet with FHWA and FTA representatives. Those time slots are listed below:
