If you care to appeal the denial of your application for the Homestead / Farmstead Act 72 of 2004, please submit the completed Appeal Form along with: (1) a check made payable to "Luzerne County Treasurer" in the amount of $5.00; (2) a copy of the original Homestead / Farmstead Exclusion form; and (3) the denial letter to: Appeals Supervisor, Board of Assessment Appeals, Luzerne County Courthouse, 200 North River Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. You will be notified in writing of the date, time and location of your Appeal Hearing.
