The purpose of the ACE Commission is to be an independent and objective commission to oversee the operation of Luzerne County Government. The ability to monitor our government officials and internal controls is paramount to an effective and transparent government “Of the People and for the people” The commission is required to monitor our government in a confidential, yet open process, that assures the Citizens of Luzerne County good government.

Accountability, Conduct, and Ethics Code - effective May 24, 2012 (amended 10/14/2014)

NOTICE:  The complaint form is available on the ACE site (this web page) and in the County Manager’s office.  The timeline for the complaint process is also available here.  Only those ethical violations which occurred after the effective date (May 24, 2012) of the Ethics Code will be reviewed by the ACE Commission.
