Luzerne County seeks proposals from qualified and professional individuals who will provide a high quality of service regardless of the request. The firm should be experienced and well qualified if planning on presenting an offer. Bidders are cautioned to make sure they have the latest edition of the solicitation before submitting their response. It is the bidder’s responsibility to check with the Commissioner’s Office to make sure they have current copies of all necessary information before submitting a formal bid. The Commissioners reserve the right to select the vendor whose proposal best addresses the needs of the County, and not necessarily the lowest cost response.
